What this guarantee covers
The Repair House arranges for the correction of any covered repair that fails to meet the generally accepted repair industry standards at no cost to you. This includes standards for form, fit, finish, durability, and functionality as commonly recognized in the repair industry at the time of the covered repair (“Generally Accepted Industry Standards”).
What this guarantee does not cover
Our guarantee does not apply to normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper maintenance, neglect, abuse, subsequent accident, or original manufacturer defect. It also doesn’t apply to any work on the covered repair performed by anyone outside The Repair House's network. Any such work voids the guarantee.
Service costs
We guarantee the quality of our replacement parts. Although the replacement parts have lifetime warranty, depending on the policy of the local Repair House location, a service fee might be applicable to replace damaged parts when you require replacement service of the service location involved.
How long this guarantee lasts
You benefit from the guarantee for as long as you own or lease your device. However, it isn't transferable and is no longer valid if you sell or transfer your device.
